Terms of Service

Effective date: November 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Selling service (the “Service”) operated by Paven (“we”, “us”). The Korean version is the governing version; this English version is provided for convenience.

1. Accounts

Creators sign up with Facebook (Meta) Login and are responsible for their own accounts. You may not sign up with someone else’s account or information.

2. The Service

The Service lets creators build a public link page for products and links, see visit and click statistics, send automated replies to Instagram comments and messages through Meta’s official APIs within Meta’s policies, convert Coupang links with the creator’s own Coupang Partners API key, and use AI features that suggest templates and tidy product titles.

3. Your responsibilities

• Follow the terms of affiliate programs such as Coupang Partners and Korean advertising disclosure rules. The Service adds the required disclosure to link pages and messages automatically.
• Follow Meta (Instagram) Platform policies. Do not use the Service for spam or other policy violations.
• Do not post illegal, fraudulent, adult, or infringing products, or harmful links.
• Do not abuse the Service (automation tools, obtaining credits fraudulently, etc.).

We may restrict a link page, block harmful domains, or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can appeal by email.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to and responsibility for what you post. You allow us to store and display it as needed to run the Service (showing your link page, generating share preview images, backups).

5. Credits, payments, and subscriptions

• Credits are used for some features such as AI. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Payments are processed by Toss Payments at the prices shown on the payment screen.
• If an AI request fails, the credits it used are returned immediately.
• Paid credits are valid for 5 years from the date you receive them.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month on the same day, and each payment adds that month’s credits. Unused credits carry over. A failed renewal is retried daily and the subscription ends after 3 consecutive failures; if a retry succeeds, the new monthly period starts on that date.
• You can cancel anytime from the Credits screen. You keep access until the end of the paid period and will not be charged again. If you subscribe again before that period ends, you are not charged until it ends.

6. Refunds

• Within 7 days of payment, if none of the credits from that payment were used, you can cancel for a full refund.
• Otherwise we refund the unused share of the credits from that payment (for example, 70% of the price if 30 of 100 credits were used), rounded down to 10 KRW.
• Refunding a subscription payment ends the subscription immediately. The unused credits from the refunded payment are removed. Free credits are not refundable.
• If you could not use the Service or were charged in error because of our fault, we refund in full.
• Request refunds at [email protected]. We cancel the payment within 3 business days after confirming.

7. AI features

AI results are suggestions you review and edit before saving. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Using AI sends your page title, group names, product titles, and text to an outside AI provider (see the Privacy Policy).

8. Limitation of liability

Affiliate commissions are between you and Coupang. Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for problems caused by policy changes, outages, or account restrictions at outside services such as Meta or Coupang, or by force majeure.

9. Leaving the Service

You can delete your data anytime by following the Data Deletion instructions. Payment records we must keep by law are kept for the required period.

10. Changes and governing law

We post changes at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
