Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your data stored by Selling in either of these ways.

Option 1. Remove Selling in Facebook

1. In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
2. Find Selling and click Remove.
3. When you send a deletion request, Selling immediately deletes the data linked to your account and gives you a confirmation code that you can use to check the status.

Option 2. Email us

Send a deletion request with your Instagram username to [email protected]. We will delete your data without delay (within 7 days at the latest) and reply to confirm. People who commented on a creator’s posts can request deletion the same way.

What gets deleted

• Your connected Instagram account information and Meta access tokens
• Comment and message events received for that account, and delivery history
• Settings created for that account (posts, keywords, etc.)

Server access logs that we must keep by law are deleted after the required period. See our Privacy Policy.
